— Terms of service —

— I'll start drawing right after the full payment is completed.
— payment only via Paypal through an invoice that ill send you.
—No refunds or cancellations are allowed once you pay.
— i usually sketch concepts of the poses if the person doesnt have any specific pose in mind, i also do a lot of color test and make the person choose; i do this because i want my clients to feel comfortable with the final result and thats why i give them a lot of options. Basically, my clients are part of my process.
—I will share all the process with you so you can make as many changes as you want.
— in case of any misunderstood on the final piece, i'll do more changes.
— my process at drawing can be slow or can be fast. That means i can deliver your comission in 5 days (depending on if im struggling on making concepts for you) or in 4 weeks. So please... be patient.
— you can use my artwork as profile picture, post it, etc but dont put it on AI! (also give the proper credit for it)— if you need more examples of my work to be sure of what i can do check out my portfolio! (below) i do the same process of my ilustrations for my commissions.

ill be using Trello to addlist my clients and pendients so you can also watch if your on my to-do lists or if im already working on it.

— Empezaré a dibujar justo después de que el pago completo esté hecho.
— pago a través de Paypal. Solo se hará a través de facturas.
— No se permiten devoluciones o cancelaciones una vez que usted pague.
— Suelo sketchear conceptos de las poses si la persona no tiene ninguna en mente. También hago muchas pruebas de color y le pido que elija. Hago esto porque quiero que mis clientes se sientan cómodos con el resultado final, y por eso les doy muchas opciones. Básicamente, mis clientes forman parte de mi proceso.
— Voy a compartir todo el proceso del dibujo con usted, así podrá hacer todos los cambios que sean necesarios.
— En caso de haber malentendidos en la pieza final, se harán más modificaciones.
— mi proceso al dibujar puede ser lento o rápido. Eso significa que puedo entregar su comisión en 5 días o en 4 semanas. Así que por favor tenga paciencia.— puede usar mi trabajo como foto de perfil, postearlo, etc. pero no lo ponga en AI!
— si necesita mas ejemplos para estar seguro de lo que puedo hacer revisa mi portfolio! (abajo) manejo el mismo proceso de mis ilustraciones en mis comisiones.

Estaré usando Trello para poner en lista las personas en espera: esto ayudará a que mis clientes vean si ahora mismo estoy trabajando en su comisión o si todavía están en espera
